Manil Maskey is the Manager of Global Hydrology Resource Center, a NASA Distributed Active Archive Center. He also leads the Advanced Concepts Team within NASA IMPACT project at the Marshall Space Flight Center. His team applies new technologies to address existing Earth science questions. Manil has advanced degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.
