Keith Garrett leads the World Bank’s Geospatial Operations Support Team (GOST) and is its Senior Geographer. He and his team bring spatial insight to economic development operations around the world. His career spans the three Ds of foreign policy; Defense, Diplomacy and Development. He has applied spatial thinking, data and technology in each of those roles. He is a graduate of Sciences Po in Paris.
