An economist with expertise in food security, Frank is Senior Advisor, and former Chief of Party of the USAID FEWS NET Technology Support Contract. The project is FEWS NET’s innovation lab focused on the development of improved tools for emergency monitoring in hard to reach conflict affected areas, modern data management technologies, and economic research on incomes, livelihoods and consumption in FEWS NET countries. Prior to his work at Kimetrica for FEWS NET Frank has worked at the World Food Program, the World Bank, IFPRI, and was on the faculty at Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
